Synopsis
With a bulbousred red pimple on her face, Ava Addams goes to remove the blemish. While it works at first, Ava slowly realizes the truth: it's turning her into a red face! Dana Vespoli and Tanya Tate do their best to help while the others Rangers face Peckoman.
